I'm leaving on a jetplane...

But I do know when I'll be back again. I FINALLY got my ticket to Maryland to see Nikki, Vicky, and Jeanette. (I think I spell her name wrong every time... sorry girl). I have never been more excited in my life. I will miss my baby, but she will be in great hands!

The world does not know what kind of trouble they are in with all of us together! It might just spontaneously combust! We are gonna have a blast! On top of that... gonna meet up with Megs! WOOP WOOP! Can't freakin wait! Gonna meet some very cool people... hope to meet some of the fabulous people helping out with the Spencer Bell Show on Artists On Demand on Aug. 10th! Hope everyone is tuning it. I talked to Dan Graupner today and he is soooo nice and he can't WAIT for the show. We got Pierce from Tin Tin Can, Drew and the Medicinal Pen, Bill and Deb Bell, and hopefully (CROSS FINGERS) a few more people to... monkey around with!

Anyway I can't wait to see you all! To Nikki & Vicky... OMG! We are finally uniting! I can't wait to poke Vicky in the eye and tackle Nikki! :) So what is this gonna be called... Hyper HotFlash??? LOL! I'll see you soon ladies! MUAH!

And I'm out...

Working my ass off...

I keep telling myself that it will all be worth it in the end. Artists On Demand is going like crazy. We have all kinds of crazy stuff coming up. The biggest event being the Spencer Bell Legacy Concert promotional show we are doing on Aug. 10th. It is going to be HUGE! I am very very excited. Then off course off to Detroit for the actual Spencer Bell Legacy Concert. It is going to be awesome! I can't wait to meet up with my girls! A road trip with Nikki, Vicky, Jeannette, and Elexses... woo hoo!!! Count me in!

Other than that... myself, Nikki, Vicky, and my awesome stepdad have been typing away furiously at our keyboards on the new 100 monkeys fanclub page. It is MUCH MUCH better than before... just taking some time. I know it has taken a few weeks... but the wait will be worth it... I promise! I have taken on a bit more responsibility, but it is fun responsibility and it is for the Monkeys... so it is fun! And I get the perks of feeling so overly special with the title of OFFICIAL Monkey Mod! That's right... Me! LOL!

Anyway... it is 1 am... not too late... but I have to work tomorrow morning. I am off to bed to hopefully dream about monkeys! LOL! I always have the oddest dreams... don't I Nikki?

Alright little ones... I am off... Goodnight!

Colin Healy and the Jetskis @ Hot Topic in Orlando, FL

I love Colin Healy and the Jetskis... and let me clarify! Colin, Harry, Cullen, Tony, and Jon are freaking awesome! I drove an hour to the Festival Bay mall in Orlando so I could see them play at Hot Topic. I made brownies because they said that brownies were awesome and they loved to gorge on them after the shows. So i made 3 dozen brownies and 2 dozen cookies. They loved them BTW. Anyway, so they had moved the show up and Hot Topic apparently didn't get the message so they weren't going to play.

So to be nice, Colin went out to the car and brought us in 2 cd's and the entire band autographed them. I even got them to write I hate your face on the corner. Which is awesome! Then they said they would give us a private concert outside, but Spinlight City came in and they all bombarded the Hot Topic people and they agreed to let them play earlier. While Hot Topic employees were moving their merchandise, we all sat out in the hall and hung out and played. Playing because I had my 17 month old daughter with me. Oh boy was she a handful. I will never forget the stroller again. She kept me running around like crazy. Then she apparently decided that this would be the one time to attach herself to a guy. And of course... she picks Jon, the bassist. He has tattoos on his arms and legs and facial hair. These 2 things are usually things she runs from. But not this time.

She clung to him and laid on his shoulder. Colin and Cullen were laughing as Payton patted him on the back, talked to him, wore his sunglasses, and just plain ol flirted. (She gets that from her mom). He even took pictures on his phone! When he had to go into the store to set up, she ran to the gate that they had lowered and yelled "What you doing? What you doing?" It was cute!

Finally the show was starting and we all went in to listen. Colin and the band opened first. It was the acoustic version. Just Cullen on guitar, Harry on guitar, and Colin singing. Colin sang to Payton during the first part and she kept reaching out for him. Then as they kept playing more songs, Tony jumped in with the tamborine and played. At the last song, Jon and the lead singer of Spinlight City jumped in to help him with some audience interaction. It was a blast.

Then Spinlight City came on and they did amazing. The lead singer sure does have some vocals on him. He was pretty friendly to Payton too. Waved to her and played with her in the hallway. After the show was over it was time to leave. We walked around saying our goodbyes to each guy from both bands. When we got to Jon, Payton instantly wanted him. Instead, he gave her a Colin Healy and the Jetskis toothbrush. She was thrilled. it was bright orange! I shall take a picture and post it later! Overall it was a great night! The band is fabulous and I can not wait until they come back for another show. I will definitely be front row for that!

So after a long tiring day... I am off!

My prince charming got hit by a bus!

I'm having a moment. You know what I am talking about. The moment where you watch a sappy, yet very romantic and awesome romantic comedy and then you have this moment where you think about how you want a guy to sweep you off your feet like that. Everyone says that "your prince charming is out there and that you just haven't met him yet." Well I think mine got hit by a bus! I'm not being negative either... I mean... guys suck! Not all guys. But all the good ones are either A... taken... B... not in my timezone... or C... Gay. None of those do me any good.

Of course, I am going to continue to hold out... but I am not sure it is going to work. I can't wait to get that butterfly in your stomache, can't speak, which you could just hold them all day feeling. It should be available to me too! We shall see!

Peace out girl scout!

That feeling...

You know what feeling I am talking about. That can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff. (Quote from the movie It Takes Two). There is that feeling you get when you meet eyes with someone and everything around you freezes. You suddenly can not breath. You get a little light headed. You couldn't look away if you wanted to.

Now the thing is, there are different versions. You have that gaze where you just know that person is going to end up being the best friend you have ever had! Then you have the look where you fall in love. Hence the saying "love at first sight". I'm not a real firm believer in love at first site. Now, you also have that animalistic first meet where you just want to rip someone's clothes off and take them wherever you are. I do approve of this! :)

None of these mean you have met your soul mate. I think there is only one way to know you met your soul mate. It's when your eyes meet for the first time, and you can't look away. You can't think of anything else except getting to know that person. You don't know why you have met, or how even, but you know that it feels right. There is no way your body can feel if it is love, friendship, or what-not. You just know it feels right. You know that person is going to be important to you in some way.

I don't think people understand it a lot of the time. You can't know what it feels like until it happens because there is no other feeling like it. I hope everyone gets to feel it. I have not felt it. I have heard people who have... and that is what I am writing on; the information they have shared. I can understand it and I can honestly say I believe in it. There is no other explanation for said circumstances.

To my friend who has experienced this. I hope you get your happily ever after... whether that be an amazing friendship or the greatest love ever known. All I got to say is I better be invited to the wedding... and if you have a baby... NAME IT AFTER ME!
